Shipping Policy

• Launch Day Exclusive Free Shipping: Spend $34 or more, and shipping’s on us.

• Standard Shipping: $7.95 flat-rate shipping.

• Expedited Shipping: $14.95 flat-rate shipping.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once it’s on the way, most orders land at your door in 3-7 business days.

Shipping rates apply to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. Orders shipping to U.S. territories are not eligible for delivery at this time.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns, but we want to ensure you get the quality personal care you deserve. If you have an issue with your product, Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@toneoriginals.com and we’ll make it right. 

Order Processing Hold

All orders placed have a 2 hour hold prior to processing to allow for customer-initiated address changes, modifications to orders or cancellations.  After this time all orders are processed and we can no longer cancel or modify the order.
